Management Consultant

Hope Eyre has 17 years of management consulting experience with both corporate and philanthropic organizations. As a consultant for Springboard Strategy, she helps build strategic plans for non-profit clients and is an expert in positioning, landscape analysis, and mission/vision development.

Recent strategy engagements for philanthropic organizations include Invest Atlanta Partnership, WABE, Atlanta Mission, and Organ Donor Transplant Alliance. Hope’s corporate consulting expertise includes go-to-market strategy, sustainable revenue growth, and organizational transformation. Representative engagements include Ultivue, Locum Tenens, Wiley, and Cox Automotive.

Hope has extensive experience running large, complex consulting projects. She also designed long-running leadership development programs for both corporate and non-profit clients, where she taught Corporate Strategy and Financial Management for Non-financial Managers.

In addition to Springboard Strategy, her 25-year career includes consulting and market development positions with Revenue Architects, The Brevet Group, Capgemini, and SAP. Hope has a BA from Purdue and an MBA from Emory University.
