As we wrap up 2020 and prepare to start a new year, I wanted to give a heartfelt thanks for your support and encouragement of Springboard Strategy in our 6th year in business.
2020 was full of the work that I love - innovation and human centered design consulting, and teaching. We worked with super interesting clients spanning across industries - from gaming to automotive. We are gearing up for some work with our third Atlanta based Human Rights organization, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, whose mission is near and dear to my heart.

This year, a passion project became an even bigger part of Springboard. We have delivered our Life Design workshops to over 70 women – and pivoted to virtual in October. In this series, we apply design thinking principles to our most precious creation, our lives. Helping women come together to redesign lives that fit with their purpose and values is so rewarding!

It’s been a year! With every challenge and setback there have been silver linings. I am grateful for a year of wins, losses, and lessons and for your encouragement and support.
